Welcome to Open Trip One Day Tour Komodo National Park. Only spend one day tour you will explore the high light spots in Komodo National Park. Tour itinerary:  Padar Island - Komodo Island - Pink Beach - Taka Makasar - Manta Point -  Kanawa Island.

·         Padar Island (Trekking for view)

Pick up service from your hotel/home stay and drive to Labuan Bajo’s harbor. Labuan Bajo to Padar Island take only 45 minutes. Padar Island is one of best spot in Komodo National Park to see and enjoy the great view. There is stairs up to the top of this island. From the top of this island you will see three colorful beaches white, black, and pink. After taking some pictures we will move to Komodo Island which is taken only 45 minutes.

·         Komodo Island (Trekkning to see Komodo Dragon)

Here in Komodo Island you will do trekking to see Komodo Dragon in their habitat. There is local tour guide or well known as ranger to lead, guard, and expain you about Komodo Dragon and some other wild life animals in this island. Do not forget to bring a bottle of water during the trek. The temperatur quite hot. You can take some pictures of Komodo Dragon or ask the ranger to take the pictures. Our guide will tell for many hours you will do the trek. After doing a trek back to the speed boat and sail to Pink Beach which is taken only 20 minutes.

·          Pink Beach (Snorkeling, swimming, and to enjoy the beach)

Pink Beach is located in Komodo Island. At Pink Beach you do some activities such as swimming, snorkelling, and to enjoy the wonderful pink sand beach. Afterward heading to Taka Makassar which spend only 30 minutes.

·         Taka Makasar (Enjoy the tiny island)

Taka Makassar is well known as a tiny island emerged from the ocean. There is no tree on the island and only full of sand. This white sand and turqouise water suround make this spot as litle paradise. What will you do in this spot is to enjoy and swim. Manta Point is located at north side of this tiny island. Sailing only take 5 minutes and arrive at this spot.

·         Manta Point (Swimming & snorkeling)

Manta Point is a spot to see Manta Ray in Komodo National Park. You will see a lot of Manta Ray swim on the surface even on the bottom. Lots of travelers take this spot as one of best package in Komodo National Park. Our guide will guide you to see Manta Ray and while seeing them go into the water and swim with them. Make sure you take a good snorkeling gear because the current on this spot quite strong. But we cannot guarantee to always see Manta Ray on this spot depend on your lucky time. Then sail to Kanawa Island which is taken 45 minutes.

·         Kanawa Island (Swimming, snorkeling, & to enjoy the beach)

Kanawa Island is one of the best spot for swimming, snorkeling, and to enjoy the white sand beach. After doing some of these activities back to Labuan Bajo which only spend 30 minutes.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Komodo Airport-Denge Village

We will pick up you at the airport and drive to Denge Village about 5 hours. We will some stops on the way. You stay at the hotel there. Lunch will.be served at local restaurant and dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 : Denge Village-Wae Rebo Village-Denge Village-Labuan Bajo

Early in the morning, we will do trek to Wae Rebo Village which is taken about 2 hours normally. Your guide will tell what you should do and not in the village. Wae Rebo is traditional house of Manggarai tribe. The form of the village is unique. Beside that, the house it self has full meaning/the philosophy of Local Manggarai. After you enjoy and take some pictures then trek back to Denge Village. Our driver is waiting for us and bring us to Labuan Bajo. Breakfast will be served in Denge Village. Lunch in Wae Rebo Village. Dinner in Labuan Bajo. Stay oernight at the hotel in Labuan Bajo.

Day 3 : Kelor Island-Menjerite-Rinca Island-Flying Fox

Your tour guide will pick up you at the hotel to start the sailing Komodo National Park. First spot is Kelor Island. This spot is nearest spot from Labuan Bajo its about 1 hour sailing. You can do trekking to see the great view, snorkel, and swim at this spot. Afterward, we will head to Menjerite spot where you can snorkel. This is one of the best snorkel spot. Rimca Island is a home of Komodo Dragon. We will do trekking to see Komodo Dragon and other wild life animal. Then, we sail to Flying Fox Island to enjoy the sunset and thousand of Flying Fox fly out from the tiny island to Flores Island. Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Lunch and dinner on the boat. Stay overnight on the boat.

Day 4 : Padar Island-Pink Beach-Taka Makasaar-Manta Point-Gili Lawa Island

Early in the morning we will sail to Padar Island. Padar is one beautiful view spot in the park. From the top of this island you will be amazed by the three colorful bays. The colors bay are white, black, and pink sand. After trekking you could do cooling down for refresing. Then, we head to Pink Beach for snorkeling,  swimming, and to enjpy the pink sandy beach. Afterward, we sail to Taka Makassar. Taka Makasar is a small island which is only sand. Next to Taka Makassar is Manta Point. If we see Manta we will swim with them. In the afternoon, we will head to Gili Lawa Island for sunset and overnight. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served on the boat.

Day 5 : Gili Lawa Island-Kanawa Island-Komodo Airport

Early in the morning, you will do a trek to the top of Gilli Lawa Island to witness and enjoy the beautiful sunrice. Beside that the view from the top of the island is very amazing. Afterward back to the boat. Then, we sail to Kanawa island for snorkelling, swimming, and to enjoy the beach and view. Finally, we back to Labuan Bajo and the tour is end. We will bring you to the airport. Breakfast and lunch will be taken on the boat.

Tour Itinerary:

Main spots: Rinca Island, Komodo Island, Pink Beach, and Padar Island

Welcome to our recommended Komodo National Park tour package. This program we offer for clients who do not want to stay at hotel but for clients who just spend their time in Komodo National Park and around. But based on our principle that most of our tour package are flexible. So, clients themself will choose which is the best spots or itinerary but based on their time and conditions (we will for recommend). This tour package is combined of snorkeling, trekking, swimming, and to enjoy the great view. Trekking spots are Rinca Island and Komodo Island to see Komodo Dragons and other wild animals, Kelor Island and Padar Island to see the great views. Snorkeling and swimming spots are Menjerite, Pink Beach, Manta Point, and Kanawa Island. Clients should take morning flight to Komodo Airport of Labuan Bajo and take afternoon flight for back to Bali or Jakarta.

  

Day 1. Komodo Airport/hotel-Kelor Island-Menjerite-Rinca Island-Flying Fox Island

Our local tour guide and driver will pick up you at Komodo Airport/hotel. Local tour guide warm welcome and give short briefing to you. Then, we will drive to Labuan Bajo's harbor about 15 minutes. First spot is Kelor Island. Kelor Island is a spot for trekking (about 15 minutes for trek with trek condition little bit sideway) to see the great view from the top of the island, to enjoy the white sandy beach, and swimming for refresing. It takes 1 hour from Labuan Bajo”s harbor to Kelor Island. Afterward, we will sail to Menjerite. Menjerite is a spot for snorkeling. This is one of the best snorkeling spot. It takes only 15 minutes from Kelor Island. The third spot is Rinca Island. It takes around 2 hours to Rinca Island from Menjerite. Rinca Island is a spot to see Komodo Dragons and other wild animals (water buffaloes, deer, wild boar, snake, horses, etc). There are three trekking option on this island. Short trek around 45 minutes, medium trek is about 1 hour, and long trek is about 2 hours. We just take one of these options. In the afternoon, we sail to Flying Fox Island which take around 1 hour. We will enjoy the great sunset from this island. Usually, Flying Foxes come out from tiny mangrove island after sunset. At that time, we will see and enjoy the spectacular view of thousand Flying Foxes. Lunch and dinner will be serve on the boat. We will stay overnight on the boat.

Day 2. Padar Island-Komodo Island-Pink Beach

Early in the morning on the second day around 06:30, we will sail to Padar Island. We will enjoy the sunrice on the way or sometimes we sail more earlier so we can enjoy sunrice from Padar Island. It takes around 1-1:30 hours to Padar Island from Flying Fox or Kambing Island where usually the boats stay for night. We will do trekking on Padar Island to see the great view of three colourful bays from the top of the island. The trek is easier because there is cemment stair till the top. It takes 25 minutes to the top. There is only one way to go up and down. Then, we back to the boat to move to Komodo Island which it takes around 1 hour. As same as Rinca, there are three trekking options and ranger who will guide and protect clients on the trail. Besides to see Komodo Dragon on the island, there are some wild animals. Afterward, we will sail to Pink Beach which it takes around 30 minutes from Komodo Island. Pink Beach is one the best snorkeling spot. The sand is pink combination of red sand coral and white sand. If there is enough time we can visit Komodo Village which it takes 30 minutes from Pink Beach. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served on the boat and stay in the boat for overnight.

Day 3. Manta Point-Takat Makassar-Kanawa Island-Komodo Airport/hotel

In the morning around 07:00 am, we will visit Manta Point where Manta Rays always gather looking for food. “We cannot guarantee you to see Manta Ray in this spot it depends on your lucky day. When we see Manta Ray we can snorkel with them which is a big change to close to them. It takes around 1-1:30 hour to the place where we take overnight to Manta Point. Afterward, we will sail to Takat Makassar to enjoy the very tiny island. This island looks like emerged sand island from the sea. The water around the island is very torquish. Then, we wil sail to Kanawa Island which it takes about 2 hours.Kanawa Island is a spot for snorkelling, swimming, and to enjoy the great white sandy beach. There is resort on the island. You can buy some drinks. Finally, we will back to Labuan Bajo and we will take you to Komodo Airport which it takes 15 minutes. Kanawa Island to Labuan Bajo’s harbor around 1 hour. Breakfast and lunch will be served on the boat.
