Communication: Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by telephone, express email, or whatsApp within 2 x 24 hours. We apply 24 hours reservation system to give high service to you.
Payment: We accept payment by CASH, PAYPAL, BANK ATM, or WESTERN UNION. For every booking please make advance payment as Deposit of a Minimum of 30 % from total cost to guarantee your booking. The rest you can pay 7 days before trip or on departure date. All foreign currency charged will be converted into local currency (IDR). The exchange rate to IDR will be base on the latest exchanged rates to IDR.
Liability: We will try our best to serve your needs for your arrangements and make your trip become satisfactory. trip ever make. We will do our best and try to find all the best alternatives to suit your tour needs as possible. However we not accept any liability natural disaster, injury, damage, loss, delay or reschedule from airlines, negligence, unpredictable wheatear, additional expenses (excess baggage, etc) and irregularities beyond our control.
Cancellation: If you want to cancel your trip, kindly send us notification letter. Cancellation fees details: No cancellation fee if no flight or hotel vouchers are not being issued. 50 % cancellation fee if flight or voucher being issued. *100 % cancellation fee is applied within two weeks prior, one week prior to departure or no show.
Refund: No refund for services not used.
Travel Insurance: If there is any injury during your trip, Great Komodo Tour does not responsibility of this matter. We suggest you to take your own travel insurance during your travel date (s).
Costumer service: Our customer service is available for 24 hours a day.
